He is Vikrant Rana presently working in Canada as a Chef. As he has told about himself, he has roamed a large part of this beautiful world at this young age and that too for free. How that?

Let me tell you that he has worked on the cruise as a chef for many years, due to which he has been traveling for a long time and on many island he has spent his evening. He has tasted the food of most of countries but even today, Indian Tandoori dish are the most pleasing.

Tandoori Pineapple

Pineapple cubes seasoned with ginger, garlic, gram masala,cumin powder, cayenne pepper and grilled in tandoor.

Basil Paneer Tikka

Cottage cheese with pesto sauce char grilled in tandoor …Amazing!!!

Stuffed with cottage cheese, onions, potato, crushed coriander seeds, fresh coriander, green chilies and seasoning.  Crunchy….flavorful…filling!!!

He is Mohan Kumar who is a social worker and runs a NGO in Delhi. He has been traveling since their 19 years of age and today even at the age of 65 he has to roam with the same vigor.

He has seen most of India and has a lot of stories to tell. He has a special attachment with south India. He likes to visit religious places more. He has done Goverdhan Parikrma many times.

Cooking in Bhandara (public feast) gives him a lot of relief. People praise his food very much. Being from Rajasthan, he keeps good knowledge of Rajasthani food.

Now his wish is to go to Daman and Diu. May God fulfill his wish soon.
